Sufficient parking spaces available! A nice greeting at the reception, which also led us to the reserved table. The waitress brought the menu and took our order. Our menu was well presented. The friendly and courteous service asked if everything was as we wanted. The food was delicious and tasty. We will definitely come again!

We were very happy again! The asparagus tender and firm, the steak perfect, good portions! Very friendly service, the music pleasantly not too loud.

I have been to the Waldklause several times and would be happy to come back. The food is great, the conditions are friendly and the restaurant is modern but cozy. The hall will soon be renovated. The rooms are neat and clean. This applies to the new building as well as to the old building. It should be clear that Gütersloh is not known as a tourist stronghold. That is why mainly business people and craftsmen can be found here. My tip, go eat there, but reserve beforehand.

Economical but no fridge and microwave in the hotel. But good as compared to price.

We were on site on November 18, 2019. A very nice restaurant with a great ambience! The service was always very attentive and friendly. The biggest compliment goes to the chef, I haven't eaten that good in a long time!

Just a great atmosphere! If you look at it from the outside and then go in it is like being in a completely different world! The food tastes great, and the service is really great, I have rarely had such a good waiter, who always comes exactly fit and asks if you need anything else

Very nice hotel in very quiet place! My feeling was like at my parents villa, but more comfortable (hope my mom will not see this feedback, lol). The kitchen like in the top restaurant, very nice, very tasty, very fast. The personal is on top too, so polite and kind, also they will wait your finish despite the fact that they are already closed. So, friends, definitely recommend!

Very nice hotel, the atmosphere fireplaces were wonderful to watch. Seems to be a new technique in which water is used to generate LED vapor, which gives you very special fireplaces. Modern hotel, with authentic exterior. A ++ Unfortunately we cannot say anything about the food, we only slept there, then on to the next customer.
